Pittsburgh public works and the public parking authority of pittsburgh will resume street cleaning april 1, 2024. The second avenue parking plaza is located by the municipal courts building, downtown.

In addition to thanksgiving weekend, pittsburgh offers free metered parking on christmas, the day after christmas, new yearโs day, and martin luther king day.
